Thank you for shopping with Minuteman Defensive Solutions. Our shipping policy is designed to offer you a smooth and reliable shopping experience.

PROCESSING AND SHIPPING TIMES

Most in-stock orders are shipped the next business day. Larger or heavier orders may require additional processing time.

Special order products require additional processing time while we obtain the item from our supplier. Estimated availability for special order products is typically 5–10 business days before shipment or local pickup.

Orders shipped from our warehouse are sent via USPS Ground Advantage by default. Ground Advantage shipping typically takes 2 to 5 business days within the continental United States. Packages shipping to Alaska or Hawaii may take longer.

In some cases, special order products may ship directly from our supplier. When this occurs, shipping may be handled by FedEx or UPS instead of USPS, and delivery times may vary depending on the supplier.

Please be aware of potential delays due to holidays, carrier disruptions, or extreme weather conditions.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING COSTS

We offer flat rate shipping at $7.95.

OUT-OF-STATE SHIPPING

When shipping products out of state, we do not collect sales or use tax.

The purchase is not exempt from sales or use tax merely because it is made over the Internet or by other remote means. Some states may require purchasers to (1) report all purchases that are taxable in that state and for which no taxes were collected by the retailer and (2) pay tax on those purchases.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

At this time, we do not offer international shipping, including shipments to APO, FPO, or DPO addresses, or to U.S. territories or possessions.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

If your order hasn’t arrived within 5 days after the expected delivery date, Contact Us with your name and order number. We’ll look into the delay and help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
