• eGift cards may be redeemed for eligible purchases through our online store at minutemandefensive.com and at our pop-up store locations.

• eGift cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.

• eGift cards cannot be redeemed for cash, except where required by applicable law.

• eGift cards are non-refundable and cannot be returned or canceled after purchase, except where required by applicable law.

• eGift cards cannot be resold or transferred for value.

• eGift card balances do not expire.

• No inactivity, dormancy, or service fees will be charged.

• eGift cards may be used for multiple purchases until the balance reaches zero.

• If the purchase exceeds the available eGift card balance, the remaining amount may be paid using another accepted payment method.

• Customers are responsible for safeguarding their eGift card information. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of an eGift card, except where required by applicable law.

• We reserve the right to cancel or suspend an eGift card if we reasonably believe it was obtained or used fraudulently, unlawfully, or in violation of these terms.

• eGift cards are subject to applicable federal and state laws. Nothing in these terms limits rights provided to consumers under applicable law.
